INFAMOUS INFANTS

Infancy is a tender, remarkable time of growth and development in a child’s life. In our INFAMOUS infant program, emphasis is placed on the child’s physical needs, such as feeding and diapering, as well as interpersonal interaction. Each infant classroom is designed to develop physical, emotional, social and cognitive skills for babies between the ages of six weeks and twelve months. Enrollment in the infant room may be extended based on a child's developmental needs. This is much more than just daycare. Babies feel safe, secure, and happy in this classroom. Warm, caring teachers bond and develop trust with children. Each child has a primary caregiver, your main point of contact, to guide your child’s development.

TERRIFIC TODDLER'S CLASS

This program builds on the fine and gross motor skills being developed during the first year allowing for exploration and play in a safe, responsive setting. Teachers listen attentively, talk through routines, and are sensitive to the types of activities that engage the child's attention to cultivate new, complex thinking skills. Teachers work closely with families about developmental accomplishments and prepare daily progress reports. We go beyond daycare to provide nurturing guidance as they develop physical skills and master emerging milestones. Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day.

3'S AND TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN CLASS

Three year olds are full of curiosity and spend a great deal of time observing the world around them. Our program uses this opportunity to focus on academic readiness skills. Children learn to recognize an expanded range of shapes and numbers. In addition, techniques are used to enhance the child’s ability to associate groups of letters with spoken words, and children are encouraged to tell stories through figures and symbols.

This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step: kindergarten!

AFTER SCHOOLERS AND VIRTUAL CLASS

Our After School Program and Virtual gives your child an opportunity to explore, discover, and achieve their greatest potential! Students have the freedom to make choices about the activities they engage in, whether it’s dramatic arts, construction, music, science discovery, creative expression, reading, homework, problem solving and games, or just relaxing, your child will have the chance to explore one of their interests and talents in depth.

Social-Emotional Learning

Children who experience warm, positive, trusting, and responsive relationships are better able to recognize and manage their feelings while dealing with the daily challenges of life. This is accomplished by strengthening the relationship through play, listening, respect, and caring.
